Individual Membership
This category
is open to any person interested in the objectives of the Association. This includes all museum professionals, trustees, technicians, students, corporate bodies and interested members of the public.
A FULL MEMBER has voting rights within the Association.
Institutional Membership
This category is open to any institution or corporation interested in the objectives of the Association. The institution depending on their size must select the appropriate level of membership.
Fees
Membership is valid from 1 January to 31 December.
New members joining after 1 April pay pro-rata as follows:
April to June: 75% of fee
July to September: 50% of fee
October to December: free membership ONLY if next year's fee is FULLY PAID UP.
How to join
Simply complete the standard
SAMA MEMBERSHIP FORM and either email, fax or post it back to the SAMA National Office along with proof of payment.
You will be advised of your membership acceptance, your membership number and your local regional office informed.
A membership card will be prepared and posted to you within 2 weeks of your membership confirmation.
